The assets described herein (the “Assets”) are being marketed for sale by Fuelled Energy Marketing Inc. (“Fuelled”), pursuant to a consignment agreement dated March 21, 2025 (the “Consignment Agreement”) between Fuelled and KSV Restructuring Inc., solely in its capacity as the trustee in bankruptcy (in such capacity, the “Trustee”) of Voltegic Energy Services Ltd. Any eventual purchaser of the Assets (a “Purchaser”) must satisfy itself and accept the Assets on a strictly “as is, where is” basis and, upon completion of the sale to the Purchaser, will be taking the Assets at its own risk without any representations therefor whatsoever including as to ownership. The Viewer confirms and agrees that it will conduct inspections of the condition of and title to the Assets that it deems appropriate and will satisfy itself with regard to these matters. If Fuelled has provided the Viewer with any information regarding the Assets, and for greater certainty, the Trustee is under no obligation to do so, the Viewer acknowledges and agrees that the Trustee has not made any warranty or representation regarding such information and any use that the Viewer or others may make of such information is strictly at the Viewer’s own risk. No representation, warranty, or condition is expressed or can be implied as to description, fitness for purpose, merchantability, condition, quantity or quality, assignability, or in respect of any other matter or thing concerning the Assets.

2580TR. Al dorms are completed with an approximate foot print of 30 ft x240 ft. The kitchen/common areas are connected to the dorms and fully enclosed but partially constructed inside the main section of
the facility and span an approximate area of 10 tf x95 f.t The management quarters si aseparate structure and spans an approximate area of 20 ft x 140 ft located 100ft West of the dorms. Al structures are a semi - modular design with fixed roof structures and vinyl siding. The facilities have been drained and winterized ot ensure integrity of the piping and building infrastructure. Utilities including natural gas and electricity remain connected to ensure building has heat and power. Infrastructure for sewer and water Current do not exist.
