High Volume Dry Chemical Scrubber
One Scrubber unit fabricated on skids – dimensions: 6’ x 10’ by 6’ high.
Complete with
- front liquid separator section,
- 4” & 6” inlets,
- 16 oz thief hatch,
- pressure & temperature gauges,
- floor screens,
- top safety rails,
- two top filling manways
- one side service manway
- rear 6” fold down exhaust stack
- 2 sample access nozzles
- 2 liquid drain ports
- Internal corrosion resistant epoxy coating
- External white (or your choice) finish

This scrubber can hold up to 8000 lbs. of O.C.P.(Odor Control Product) which neutralizes H2S gas from
vent gas by migrating vent gas thru OCP dry granules which are porous and absorb the Sulphur
molecules as gas vents thru product. The Chemical is available in 2000 lbs. bags @ $1.65/lb.

This scrubber can hold up to 4000 lbs. of Activated Carbon, to reduce LEL’s from vent gas by migrating
vent gas thru Activated dry granules which are porous and absorb the odorous molecules as gas vents
thru product which will basically “filter” the vent gas resulting in minimal LEL’s after venting thru AC. The
chemical is available in 2000 lbs. bags @ $3.65/lb.
